How to enroll?

5 minutes reading

Are you looking for the perfect programming course for your child but feeling overwhelmed by all the available options? Don't worry, we've got you covered! Our enrolment guide is here to help you navigate through our range of courses and find the perfect fit for your young programmer. Even if you have no experience or knowledge of programming, our guide will make it easy for you to choose the right course for your child, whether they're a boy or a girl! Let's unlock their potential and help them discover the exciting world of coding together.

To ensure your young programmer's success, consider these factors when choosing their course.

a) The child's age should be considered when choosing a programming course, as different classes may be better suited for other age groups.

b) The child's level of existing knowledge in programming should also be taken into account, as some courses may be more appropriate for beginners while others may be geared towards more advanced learners.

c) The child's personal preferences, such as their interests, learning style, and preferred programming languages or tools, should also be considered when selecting a course to ensure they are engaged and motivated throughout the learning process.

Journey

At Coding Giants, we believe that learning programming is a journey that starts with the basics. Our courses are designed to build upon each other, so students can progress at a steady pace and achieve success. When enrolling, it's essential to consider the level of existing knowledge, as our courses are tailored for students at different skill levels. Our first level is the perfect starting point for beginners, offering a solid foundation in programming concepts and skills. As students progress through our courses, they'll learn advanced techniques and programming languages, unlocking new opportunities and possibilities along the way.

It's worth noting that all new students start at the first level, regardless of their previous experience, to ensure that everyone has the same foundation of knowledge. However, students who have previously completed our courses can enrol in the next level for their age group, building upon their existing knowledge and skills.

Course Types & Length

Coding Giants Dubai has two main course types: "long" and "short" courses! Enrolment for the long programming course takes place twice a year, in September and February. Our classes run for 14 weeks, once a week, for one block hour (2x45 minutes). With flexible scheduling options available, you can choose the class time that works best for you and your child. Plus, our online classes via Google Meet are held during convenient evening hours throughout the week, with Saturday classes available all day long (from 10 am to 5 pm).

Short courses are designed to complement and further enhance the learning experience of our long programming courses. However, it often happens the other way around: children try out one of our short courses and enjoy programming so much that they enrol in the long programming courses. We offer short courses in several cycles: winter, spring, and summer, and the exact dates can be found on our website.

Free Workshops

As the satisfaction of children and parents is our top priority, we hold free trial programming classes every year, mainly in September and February, for everyone who might be interested in trying out our courses. This allows them to experience our teaching methods first-hand before enrolling.
